For once, I didn’t have to work on weekends. I was really looking forward to it. It was supposed to be packed. Friday shopping with Mami, night with #1 at Jessica’s birthday celebrations. Saturday with Nina, Kiats and WX. Sunday Kbox with 71. Okay, let’s check off Friday, cos everything went really smoothly. (: The dinner was fun and shopping was fruitful. As for Saturday, Kiats had live firing and the rest of us didn’t confirm on anything, so nothing went on. While I was enjoying the JUMP! DVD, I received a call (from “Unknown” ‘cos I cancelled my caller ID service last month). I was asked to help with an urgent transcription project to be submitted the next day. Well, money was rolling in, so I thought why not. After I hang up, then I realised what I had done. It was really silly of me not to ask for a sample of the clip and the format before agreeing and giving rates. I came to realise that format is rather troublesome cos I had to quote the time for every sentence. I should have charged more for my services. What’s more, the interviewees were, oh my god, Indians! No offence, but I am not at all used to their accent. It was rather painful especially when they speak so quickly. Thank god for the speed selection function in Windows Media Player. Slowing down the conversation helped greatly. Luckily I rejected one of the longer clip, which carried the most incomprehensible accent, so I was able to submit it in time. The worse thing is that I missed Kbox with 71 AGAIN. I’ve only been to one of the Kbox sessions when Denny popped by Singapore before heading for USA. I’m feeling really guilty for pangseh-ing them ): SORRY! Will amend you guys sometime later by organising the next Kbox where we can all PWN braced Ksiong!

This is not gonna happen in future man. Gonna make the next weekend too fabulous to imagine.

Received my NTU FOC packages yesterday! This July is gonna be so exciting! Gah, the NBS foc clashes with the ODAC one, sigh, have to give ODAC a miss this time round. Woohoo~

fantasic. (Y) I was waiting for something like this to come to push me. Previously, I was just too lag, there was neither push nor pull factor for me to utilise myself fully. It was a great opportunity for me to use my brains and heart and trigger all the systems in me. I’m proud to say that I’ve started the engine of my drive and am ready to fight all monsters laying in my way! LOL. The greatest achievement would be getting out of the negative cycle that sylvia is freaking famous for. (: I thought that at that moment, perhaps I can never jump out of that negative train of thought without Teo Chun Rui. But, bravo, sylvia did it on her own (: in less than 15 minutes! I so rock! sylvia will replicate this success infinite number of times. (Y)(Y)

Anyways, the #1s were a great company at the camp (: we are rocking it down this december.

Today, I discovered how my stereotyping and dislike for Chinese is so mean. Oops man, it really made me feel guilty. /:
