We rushed to the train station in the morning for a train which we got the timing wrong. The good thing was, that we were early. Got to know that Poles like to make random talks.

Took a train to Krakow and it was a damn amusing ride. Cos the trains really resembled those in Harry Potter, I was so amused. the train is really quite cool. there’s a bar there and it was all pinkish haha.

omg, that dude looks abit like ronald weasley! haha

deposited our stuff in the lockers before taking a bus to the saddest place on earth… Auschwitz… Where the Nazis used as the major concentration camp and also extermination camp. It was so creepy to see how they planned the organised and systematic way of killing the people. It felt really surreal to me that I was stepping onto grounds of horrible ugly history. It was so scary that lives can be so fragile that one man can easily take away another’s life… while everyday, we take for granted that we can breathe, live on in the current peace…

took my first overnight train to prague. pretty interesting to see how we could transform seats into beds on the train (:

Going around Warsaw felt like a history trip, as we have Ming Yong, the humans history student, telling us about the stories behind the war. It was rather amusing travelling to places of such historic significance. But we were crazy to walk the entire day, at such a fast rate.

caught fireworks at the people’s palace. interesting that they light up that palace with green light.

has something like fried kuey tiao for dinner. damn amusing. you can choose your own ingredients, sauce, and they fry for you.

didnt have the time to add that i got a parcel from home ((: cai bor, black pepper sauce, Chinese sausages and sichuan veg. ((: Singpost told mum that it would take 2 weeks to arrive but poof, the parcel sent on monday arrived on friday morning ((:

the hostel at warsaw was really amusing. to get hot water, you have to turn on more taps. meaning like 2 ppl bathing can get hotter water than one person bathing. damn odd. i didnt get to shoot that notice. but we have this:

am going on a 17 day trip to eastern europe, italy, zurich and berlin tmr! wee! i hope i survive with my poor stamina -.-

the most relaxing exam i ever had, cos we were answering on a COMPUTER haha. plus open book. can eat. the best conditions you can ever have. it was so relaxing, i didnt have to force myself to think fast and quickly. ahaha and i was like so happy when i saw the questions, rather simple and the last question, i did them in my notes. just copy straight haha imba

went to field’s, a big shopping mall in cph ((: wee the super market was damn biggg!! so exciting to go shopping after exams. i felt soooooooooo shiokz. bought tea leaves! (: damn fragrant.

been a long while since i had exams. and the wait for the paper was just agonising. i didnt study that hard but still, i couldnt bear the fact that i had to go thru that tormenting drill of studying and revising.

Met Martina for lunch and to mug for our tourism exam. Supposed to meet at 1230pm at her place but I was effectively one hour late. Cos clever me did not write down her street name and assumed that I knew the right stop to alight. Walked for almost an hour in the wrong direction. Got so exhausted walking in an unfamiliar neighbourhood, just for a plate of carbonara.

Haven’t really had such a pasta before. Eggs with parmesan cheese, yum yum!

Has been a long time since I mugged with a friend. (:

I realised why I can’t survive overseas. Cos my closest family and friends aren’t around. I know that the people I meet here won’t be there all my life… I subconsciously don’t devote so much emotions and time into people I meet here…

My first day wearing my new boots, it was damn shiok cos it was really warm. But my thighs and shin GGed cos they felt comparatively colder from the wind -.-

Had 3 lessons in a row that day. Freaking shag carrying my laptop around.

Discovered the shiokness of taking electronic notes at lessons. Felt invincible, and the notes were so pretty. The power of using a laptop at lesson.
