All four teams from SP entered the NJRC finals 2009 held today and we brought back a total of 5 awards!!!!!!
From my team, T52, OnEEE, we brought back the Best Robot Performance Silver Award and T55, SPEEEcie brought back the Best Robot Performance Bronze Award.
So let me tell you what actually happened to both teams! We ran our robot on the same place field, scored the same point of 90 and got the same timing of 2 minutes! We were wondering how the award would be given out and was later informed that we have to do a re-run to determine our ranking. So we went.. GOSH! Our robot was already back in school by the time we were informed and started making phone calls….screamed….and got excited about the whole thing.
Later on, we were told that they have decided on the ranking and a re-run was not required. I really wonder how they actually decided on our ranking since both teams did fairly well throughout the whole NJRC.
I guess that isn’t really important to everyone of us as we have a common vision, which is to do our very best and do our institution proud!
WELL DONE GUYS. I’m proud of every single one of your for putting in your 100% throughout this whole journey.
