Three Google staff were found guilty in court for allowing a video of a disabled Italian boy being bullied to be posted on Google Videos. Imagine one day you are working at a clothing manufacturing factory and got arrested because someone died while being run over by a car and the driver blamed that the colour of the clothes made it hard for him/her to make out a figure.
Totally absurd. I cannot believed that such a verdict was even considered.
