Recently, my mother was asking if i could add a lamp to her sewing area.
As seen in the photo, the store room is fairly well lit except for the sewing machine area. (due to boxes placed at the top blocking off the light)
So what are the typical solutions?
1) Add a fluorescent lamp (High power at 10W)
2) Add a spotlight (Even higher power than fluorescent)
3) Add a torchlight (Runs on battery)
4) Do nothing about it. LOL
Using a handful of white LEDs available combined with a micro-controller…. we have a LED LAMP!!
*OH WAIT. did i not mentioned that no resistors were used?

Look around and think if there is something that you can improve on using skills that you acquired.
This is simply applying what you learnt!
Sometimes, electronics projects need not be sophisticated. As long as it serves its purpose it is great engineering.
